Luxury Villas Skiathos is a family-owned business, which in the last thirty years has established and operates a hospitality complex of the highest standards in Greece in the beautiful and cosmopolitan island of Skiathos, part of the North Sporades group of islands. Luxury Villas Skiathos vision and mission is to provide its guests with an exclusive holiday retreat of elegance and tranquility, where they can live and experience the Greek summer, the beauty of the island and its surroundings with all their senses. LVS and its staff will be there along the way to make it happen and build unforgettable memories for you, your family and friends. The complex's estate extending over an area of 7,000 sq.m. is situated at a premium location in the southern part of the island called Achladies, only 6 km. away from the town of Skiathos and the island’s Alexandros Papadiamantis International Airport. Beautiful beaches (around 60 in Skiathos), including our own are only a stretch away, while there are plenty of things and places to explore and experience during your stay at LVS. The natural surroundings of the estate are of exceptional beauty, offering incredible panoramic uninterrupted views of the infinity blue from all angles of the Villas’ indoor and outdoor areas, complemented by the beautifully landscaped fresh gardens carefully planted with indigenous species of plants and trees. Within the estate’s premises we host our two totally independent Luxury Villas, named Daphne and Levanta, each one with its own style, features and history, though both of them uniquely elegant and exclusive. Villa Daphne, with its classic ‘old school’, still contemporary architecture with its timelessly modern structure stretches parallel to the sea inviting the natural light and offering breathtaking views from all angles. It can accommodate up to 14 people (upt to 12 adults) in 1 large independent Suite, 4 Master, 1 Double and 1 Kids bedrooms, all of them with their ensuite bathrooms. Villa Daphne is spread over two main sections, separated by the pool area with a total size of indoor spaces of 510 sq.m. in an estate of 3,000 sq.m., with beautiful gardens and outdoor functional areas. Villa Levanta, with its contemporary and luxurious style was recently completed in 2022, characterized by its beautiful modern architectural design, which blends in harmoniously with its natural surroundings, offering sea views from all its indoor and outdoor spaces. It can accommodate up to 14 people in 2 large independent Suites, 3 Master, 2 double bedrooms, all of them with their ensuite bathrooms. The Villa is spread over two main sections, separated by the pool area with a total size of indoor spaces of 480 sq.m. in an estate of 4,000 sq.m., with beautiful gardens and outdoor functional areas. Both Villas are available for rental from May until end of October, with a comprehensive collection of Services and Amenities.
