Inside:  

Accommodation at Villa Levanta is spread over the main house and a garden house, allowing our guests to enjoy more privacy and tranquility, while keeping family and friends conviviality in a relaxed environment. These two sections are discreetly brought together by the infinity pool and the outdoor sitting lounges and dining area.  

The Villa’s stylish contemporary design fuses an inspiring architectural concept with quality fittings, materials and furnishings to create an inspiring, luxurious ambiance. 

The main house is structured as follows: 

• On the ground floor, a voluminous open-concept space, featuring a sitting room with an enormous L-shaped sofa around a beautiful open fireplace with a view to the pool, a dining area, and a fully equipped bespoke kitchen with a large island bench. The space opens through a pair of outsize glass doors onto the main terrace bringing in magical panoramic sea views.  
• On the 1st floor through the stairway, we find three spacious Master bedrooms with sea views, ensuite bathrooms and access to a furnished veranda respectively.  
• On the basement there is a fully equipped professional standard kitchen, where all food preparation takes place, as well as the live-in staff accommodation. 

The garden house is structured as follows: 

• On the ground level two Double Twin bed bedrooms with sea views, ensuite bathrooms and access to a furnished terrace respectively. The bedrooms have independent entrances and have direct access to the pool area from the terrace. 
• On the upper level, two large independent Suites with sea views, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms and access to a furnished terrace respectively. The bedrooms have independent entrances and have access to the pool area through the entrance pathway and a staircase. 

Outside: 

Villa Levanta sits amidst extensive grounds, which have been landscaped ingeniously into a beautiful multi layered garden to make the most of the property’s glorious setting above the sea. A weave of paths run through the fragrant gardens, connecting the main house to the various functional levels of the garden and eventually the sea. 

On the main house’s terrace there is a large dining table (can sit up to 12 people) where breakfast / lunch / dinner is served and a spacious sitting lounge for relaxation.  

Between the main and garden houses there is the convivial panoramic sea-view infinity pool area with a shaded sitting lounge and sunbeds. 

A few steps lead down to a fabulous lounge facing the sea, with a Π shaped sofa especially conceived to enjoy beautiful sunsets and star gazing at night. The perfect spot to enjoy your company and drinks and immerse into the beauty of the surroundings.
