Villa Daphne is considered as one of the island’s ‘Classic’ villas and a landmark. Villa Daphne is situated on an extended beachfront surrounded by an amazing green scenery only to be abruptly interrupted by the sea. It is graciously positioned high up at the end of the bay offering unprecedented panoramic views of the big blue, islets and the adjacent island of Skopelos. Its classic ‘old school’, still contemporary architecture with its timelessly modern structure stretches parallel to the sea inviting the natural light and offering breathtaking views from all angles. This exclusive Luxury Villa, available for rental from May to end October, can accommodate up to 14 people in 1 large independent Suite, 4 Master, 1 Double and 1 Kids bedrooms. all of them with ensuite bathrooms. It is an Ideal holiday setup for families with children, large group of friends, seeking to find retreat in a luxurious, warm and laid-back environment.
Villa Levanta, is our newest built, recently completed in 2022, characterized by its beautiful modern architectural design, which blends in harmoniously with its natural surroundings, offering sea views from all its indoor and outdoor spaces. The Villa is spread over two main sections, separated by the pool area with a total size of indoor spaces of 480 sq.m. in an estate of 4,000 sq.m., with beautiful gardens and outdoor functional areas. The estate has exclusive access to a secluded golden sand beach, only few meters away from the Villa. This exclusive private Villa is available for rental from May to end October, can accommodate up to 14 people in 2 large independent Suites, 3 Master and 2 double bedrooms. It is ideal for holidays with family and friends, as well as for special events that can be planned and organized based on your requirements.

For this reason, we have carefully designed the Villas' outdoor spaces in such a way as to provide the best living experience to our guests. A collection of pool, sitting and dining areas can be found in our Villas for you to enjoy.

There are plenty of things to Enjoy, Live and Experience at the Villas, the vicinity and on the island. The island of Skiathos is renowned for the quality and quantity of its of lovely beaches conveniently spread across the island and close by islets. Daily excursions to the islands of Skopelos and Alonisos by boat or yacht can be easily arranged. Outdoor activities of watersports, sightseeing, cycling, trekking, horse riding are also available. Watersports can be arranged at the Villas' beachfront premises. Large selection of restaurants, tavernas, bars can be found around the island to suit every taste and mood. The town of Skiathos has a vibrant nightlife to enjoy.
What a wonderful, relaxing holiday we've all had at the Skiathos Gems Villas. It has truly felt like a Home Away from Home. So sumptuously comfortable and beautifully decorated, we could not have asked for more.
